Enquiry privacy notice

When you send an enquiry to SEYOK VENTURES, the information you provide may include your name, phone number, email address and the details of your request. These details are used to respond to you and discuss the services or products you requested.

Do not include passwords, payment card information or other sensitive information in an enquiry.

Where you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or your email application, the message is handled by that provider as well. Their privacy terms apply to the use of their services.

Enquiry submissions are stored in the company’s Supabase database for authorised administrators to review and respond to. Where enabled, a copy is processed by Netlify to send staff email notifications. Administrator accounts use authentication, and product listings and product photographs are stored using the connected database and image storage service. Published product information and images are publicly accessible.

For questions about your enquiry or to request correction or deletion of your contact information, email info@seyokventures.com. SEYOK VENTURES should retain enquiries only as long as needed for responding to requests and applicable business obligations.
